Making an Impact: Blackpool MASA at the NWADCS Awards

On 24th September, colleagues from across the North West came together to celebrate excellence, innovation and collaboration at the inaugural North West Association of Directors of Children's Services (NWADCS) IMPACT Awards.

Hosted by young people, the event recognised the outstanding work being delivered across the region to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

We were proud that our Director of Children's Services Vicky Gent nominated the Blackpool Safeguarding Children Multi-agency Safeguarding Arrangements (MASA), recognising the partnership's commitment to collaborative working, innovation and making a positive difference to the lives of children, young people and their families. The awards provided an opportunity to celebrate the talent, dedication and impact of teams and individuals across the North West, highlighting the remarkable achievements being made every day in our communities.
