Child Safe Organisations
Child Safe Organisations is a full day face to face session delivered by our LADO service, This training will be located at Winter Gardens.
This training explores the importance of creating and maintaining a child safe organisational culture. Participants will learn how workplace culture influences safeguarding practice, identify factors that contribute to both positive and harmful cultures, and reflect on lessons learned from LADO referrals. The session introduces the Child Safe Standards, highlights the role of leadership, safer recruitment, codes of conduct, whistleblowing, and reflective practice, and encourages organisations to assess their current culture and identify practical actions to strengthen child safety.
